TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You will receive the Yoga Alliance® Certificate upon successful completion of the course.
This includes:

Regular attendance at all classes.

You have acquired the ability to teach our Asana-System.

You promote and support a safe and respectful environment.

The instructions of the teaching staff must be followed.
PAYMENT:
SUPER EARLY BIRD:

You secure Your Super Early Bird discount by paying a deposit of 50% of the course fee, at least 180 days before the start of the course. This deposit cannot be reclaimed.

The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before the start of the course.
EARLY BIRD:

You secure Your Early Bird discount by paying a deposit of 50% of the course fee, at least 90 days before the start of the course. This deposit cannot be reclaimed.

The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before the start of the course.
REGULAR PRICING:

You reserve Your place on the course by paying 15% of the course fee. This deposit cannot be reclaimed.

The remaining 85% is due no later than 30 days before the start of the course.
PAYMENT DETAILS:

The full amount of the course fee must be credited to the account of Shri Kali Ashram.
Transfer fees and exchange fees etc. are payable by the Student. -
Costs such as airfare, transportation, insurance, personal expenses and optional excursions are paid by the Student unless otherwise specified.

Special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by Shri Kali Ashram and the Student.

After each transfer, send the transfer receipt to MaKris.ShriKali@gmail.com for accounting.
CANCELLATION; REFUND AND TRANSFERABILITY:

Cancellations must be submitted by E-Mail no later than 30 days before the start of the course. In this case, You will receive the refundable course fee.

Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the start of the course are transferable only and will not be refunded.

The 6-month Immersion can be closed after completing the 500h program. In this case, the overpaid amount will be refunded minus any applicable transfer and exchange rate fees etc.

In exceptional cases, it is possible to transfer Your course and move it to another date in the same or following season. This regulation applies until the start of the course.
CATERING AND ACCOMMODATION:

On the 5 course days per week, food is served three times a day, a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Student receives a room in his price category for the duration of the course.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
Shri Kali Ashram shall not be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental regulations, or any other force majeure circumstances. In such cases, Shri Kali Ashram reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services without liability for any resulting losses or damages.
CODE OF CONDUCT:

Shri Kali Ashram reserves the right to expel You from the school in case of continuous misbehaviour and disruption of the course. In this case the student will not receive a refund.

This includes the use and possession of narcotics such as marijuana, alcohol and illegal drugs etc. on the Ashram property, as well as the possession of prescription drugs without a prescription.

The practice of sexuality is not included in the courses.
HEALTH & INSURANCE DISCLAIMER:
Participants are responsible for their health and safety. Comprehensive travel and health insurance is recommended. Shri Kali Ashram is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the program.
IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE IN CASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to teacher cancellations, low bookings or other situations outside our control, some courses may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, courses, or teachers. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability, but if not accepted, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.
If Shri Kali Journey Ltd offers a discount to some students or last-minute discount prices, this does not affect the status of any students who have previously paid full price, and no discount will then become due to them.
Students who have paid for a single room do not qualify for a discount in the case that another student happens to be alone in a “shared” room.
Neither Shri Kali Journey Ltd nor Shri Kali Ashram accepts any liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness which may occur while at Shri Kali Ashram or travelling to or from Shri Kali Ashram. All students are strongly recommended to have travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary.
During your stay, Shri Kali Ashram takes every step to ensure students are not stretched beyond their capabilities. We ask that you tell the teacher if you have a relevant pre-existing injury or illness or if you are finding the classes too difficult. We advise that you stop and rest if you are feeling any pain or illness during class.
If you are on medication, are currently under therapy or counselling, or have any known mental or emotional condition(s) that would in any way hinder your participation in a yoga course, please let us know before registering. We do not provide any specialists at our retreats who would be able to help, should the need arise. If your behaviour causes disruption for other participants and the teachers, you will be asked to stop participating in the course and to seek appropriate help. In such a situation, we do not offer refunds but can provide documents for insurance claims.
