Pricing for Teacher Trainings and Immersions

1.) All prices are per person. Couple and friends’ pricing is for two or more people attending the immersion together and sharing a room.
2.) Booking for 2 week retreats is only available 60 days in advance.
3.) Full payment must be made 30 days before the beginning of your immersion. If paying in cash, please pay on the day of arrival.
4.) The Super Early Bird and Early Bird discount applies exclusively to teaching. Accommodation and meal pricing remains unchanged, i.e. no discount applied.
5.) We can only accept the longer stay if places are available at the ashram.
6.) Priority is for the long-term students or sādhakas.

OVERVIEW OF PRICING POLICY

PRICING AND INCLUSIONS:

Inclusions: course fees (tuition), accommodation and meal programs (light breakfast, lunch, and dinner served five days a week - not on the two days off a week or holidays)
Currency: US Dollars (USD); conversion rates apply only at payment
Taxes: course fees include all applicable taxes
Exclusions: fees do not include bank transaction charges, currency exchange fees, airfare, ground transportation, insurance, personal expenses, or optional excursions unless stated otherwise. We must receive the full course fee net of any additional charges.

Certification:

Certification is contingent upon fulfilling all attendance, coursework, and competency requirements as determined by the Ashram Teachers.

SUPER EARLY BIRD POLICY:

Deposit (50% of total fees) must be made at least 180 days before the program start date
Full payment due 30 days before arrival (cash payments due upon arrival)

Cancellation policy for Super Early Bird:

The deposit is non-refundable
Any amount over 50% deposit is refundable
No refund or credit will be issued within 30 days or after the start of the program, except for six-month courses, where students who do not continue may receive a refund for the portion above the 500-hour course fee.
OR free rescheduling one time for the same program or one of greater duration on a different date during the same or following season if notified in writing 30 days or more before program start, subject to availability and approval
Any modifications or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

EARLY BIRD POLICY:

Deposit (50% of total fees) must be made 90 to 179 days before the program start date
Full payment due 30 days before arrival (cash payments due upon arrival)

Cancellation policy for Early Bird:

The deposit is non-refundable

15% non-refundable deposit due to secure your place
Full payment (remaining 85%) due 30 days before arrival (cash payments due upon arrival)

85% refund until 30 days before program
No refund or credit will be issued within 30 days or after the start of the program
OR free rescheduling one time for the same program or one of greater duration on a different date during the same or following season if notified in writing 30 days or more before program start, subject to availability and approval
Any modifications or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

ADDITIONAL TERMS / FORCE MAJEURE:

Shri Kali Ashram / SKaSTA is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Participants are expected to maintain behaviour that supports a safe and respectful learning environment. Shri Kali Ashram / SKaSTA reserves the right to dismiss any participant for disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe conduct as determined by Shri Kali Ashram / SKaSTA management. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

The practice of sexuality is not included in the courses.

HEALTH & INSURANCE DISCLAIMER:

Participants are responsible for their health and safety. Comprehensive travel and health insurance coverage is the responsibility and decision of the participant. Shri Kali Ashram / SKaSTA is not liable to provide treatment or refund for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages incurred during the program.
